How To

Use automatic pricing

Let active listings follow your pricing rules when market information changes.

Automatic pricing keeps a listing linked to its pricing rule. When TCG STATS recalculates the rule, the listing can receive the new price.

Before enabling it

Confirm that:

  • an active pricing rule matches the listing;
  • the rule has a safe minimum price;
  • marketplace fees are understood;
  • the preview looks correct for several cards;
  • the marketplace connection is active.

Enable automatic pricing

You can enable it while creating a listing or from an existing listing.

For several listings:

  1. open Listings;
  2. select the listings;
  3. choose the automatic-pricing bulk action;
  4. confirm the selected count.

What disabling it does

Disabling automatic pricing stops future rule-based changes. The current listing price stays in place until you change it manually.

Check recent changes

Open the listing to see:

  • whether automatic pricing is on;
  • the active rule;
  • the calculated rule price;
  • when the listing was last repriced;
  • whether the marketplace accepted the update.

If no active rule matches, the listing cannot receive a useful automatic price.
