# Connect Shopify

Install the TCG STATS Shopify app and prepare your store for synced card products.

The Shopify connection creates and updates card products in your own store.

## Before connecting

You need:

- an active Shopify store;
- permission to install apps;
- the store's `.myshopify.com` address;
- a TCG STATS plan that includes the connection.

## Request or start the connection

1. Open **Settings → Connections**.
2. Find Shopify.
3. Select the available connect or setup option.
4. Enter the `.myshopify.com` address when requested.
5. Follow the Shopify installation link.
6. Review and approve the permissions.
7. Return to TCG STATS.

Some accounts may show a setup request first. Follow the status shown in TCG STATS and use the installation link when it becomes available.

## Review product settings

Choose how TCG STATS should handle:

- product titles;
- product images;
- tags and product type;
- grouped variations, when available;
- products that reach zero stock.

## Test one product

Publish one card, then check the Shopify product page and admin:

- correct card and image;
- correct price;
- correct variant details;
- inventory tracking enabled;
- stock assigned to the intended Shopify location.

## If stock does not change

Check that the TCG STATS connection is active and Shopify inventory tracking is enabled for the product. Also confirm that the Shopify location belongs to the connected store.
